Association Management Software (AMS)
This product integration enables you to connect your Personify AMS
with Parature Customer Service software enabling a new world of visibility for your
organization, leading to greater all-around member satisfaction. Parature software works
right alongside Personify to focus on the key service and support functions most crucial to
your membership growth and retention. Personify remains the primary database of record, and
with Parature you streamline and strengthen ongoing membership responsiveness and communication

Bug Tracking Tools
This custom integration enables you to connect your development and support
teams by providing bi-directional data synchronization of Parature support requests and issues.
Support will be able to seamlessly escalate issues to your development team without having to rely on
emails or phone calls. Your development team will be able to post comments or request more information
directly in your bug tracking tool and have those comments or questions directed to the Support
Technician or the customer. And finally, when an issue is resolved, the corresponding support
ticket can be used to notify the customer when they can expect the fix to be released.

Parature TicketNotify. This product integration enables you to increase communication and share
information more effectively within your organization. Parature TicketNotify is an RSS-based ticket
notification application for your Windows system tray that notifies you of new tickets without being
logged into the Parature Service Desk. Each item in the feed includes a title with the ticket number
and summary. Details include ticket number, customer, date and time created, date and time updated,
entered by, status, summary, and more.
